A COMPLETE CRICKET EXPERIENCE
Where young cricketers are made match-ready for the subcontinent.
The High Performance Spin Camp gives aspiring U15–U18 players a rare opportunity to train in the heart of the subcontinent, where spin thrives naturally and conditions demand a complete game. For the next edition, the programme broadens beyond spin bowling to bring batters, spinners and wicketkeepers together under one elite coaching team.
Designed around demanding, game-relevant challenges, the camp blends technical refinement, immersive practice on turning wickets, and competitive fixtures against high-quality local players. Whether a player's craft is dominating spin with the bat, spinning the ball past the edge, or keeping immaculately on low, gripping surfaces, the camp meets them where they are and stretches them further.
Beyond the cricket, players experience a journey that builds discipline, resilience and game intelligence. Cultural interactions, team bonding and the vibrant energy of Sri Lanka create an environment where players grow not just as cricketers, but as young athletes ready for higher levels of competition.

MARK GARAWAY, COACHING IN THE CARIBBEAN
THE SPIN BOWLING PROGRAMME
The discipline this camp was built on.
Led by Eranga Mendis, the spin-bowling programme is the heart of the camp, refined over three years of developing young spinners in the conditions where spin thrives naturally. Players train and play on turning subcontinent wickets that build confidence, control and match awareness.

Technical Development
-
High-intensity, spin-specific training in both 1:1 and small-group environments, on wickets that genuinely reward spin.
-
Profiling of every spinner, including spin rate, speed, line and length, to build a clear picture of each player's game.
-
Developing the ability to control the game and break partnerships with spin, pace and control.
Tactical & Mental Skills
-
Mind-skills sessions for spin bowling, field placement and strategy workshops
-
Learning to apply spin skills and tactical challenges effectively in real match situations.
-
Eranga's whole-player philosophy: patience, awareness and developing each spinner's own identity rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
Match Application
-
Game-based learning across four fixtures, putting new skills to work under real pressure.
-
The chance to bat against quality spin and perform as a spinner, a complete experience for every player.
THE BATTING, KEEPING & FIELDING PROGRAMME
A high-performance batting programme, built around playing spin.
Led by Mark Garaway, this stream gives talented young players an outstanding opportunity to accelerate their development, particularly against spin in subcontinent conditions. Alongside batting, Mark works with every player on their wicketkeeping and fielding, so they leave a sharper, more complete cricketer in all three of his specialist disciplines.

Training Experience
-
Training and competing in temperatures exceeding 30°C, building rhythm, timing and confidence against spin.
-
Developing methods to control and dominate spin bowling, reading bowlers, managing fields and manipulating scoring areas.
-
Solving in-game problems creatively and independently, and learning to trust a batting identity under pressure.
-
Challenging traditional thinking to build adaptable, repeatable methods suited to match play.
Performance & Pathway Education
-
Workshops on the skills required to succeed as a top-order batter, and the journey towards county and professional contracts.
-
Tactical awareness across formats, T20, 50-over and multi-day cricket.
-
Mental resilience and innings construction, with individual feedback throughout the programme.
-
A post-tour follow-up Zoom session in June to support continued development.
Fielding & Wicketkeeping
-
Fielding is a core part of the camp, not an afterthought. As an ECB Level IV lead for the Fielding and Wicketkeeping modules, and an internationally renowned specialist, Mark works with every player to sharpen their fielding game.
-
The aim is simple and measurable: every player goes home at least 10% more aware in their fielding, with better anticipation, positioning and decision-making in the field.
-
Combined with batting and spin, the result is a genuinely complete, multidimensional cricketer, not a single-discipline camp.
